Many livelihoods are at stake, and the fitness to practice (FTP) proceedings can be a prolonged and uncertain journey, sometimes spanning months or even years.

Our FTP program is designed to offer support to nurses and midwives who find themselves under scrutiny by their regulatory bodies and lack access to legal representation.
